At Chameleon Business Interiors, we are passionate about design. We believe good design doesn't just create better productivity, it also creates better customer experiences.

Our aim is simple - to design and deliver tailored workspace solutions that create both inspiring and innovative work environments, improve working practices, and ensure the relationship between an organisations two largest assets, people and property, is maximised.

Traditionally the office has been a static place, where the processes of business were undertaken. This has recently undergone a huge transformation, from being a base for process to being a Hub for Communication. Today's increasingly knowledge driven business uses the office as a place where information is transmitted through social and interactive engagement.

When considering the workplace it is vital to understand how design and layout impact on performance, creating added value for the business not just through economy but by improving the effectiveness of its people and by broadcasting positive messages about its values.

Project Management

We provide a full and comprehensive Project Management service ensuring that any project is delivered on time, hassle free and within budget.

Our approach is based around an appointed Project Manager who acts as a pivotal single point of contact, and is the main liaison with the client which ensures the smooth running of any project.

The Project Manager is also the main point of contact for suppliers and contractors ensuring timely deliveries and arrival on site of all materials and furniture. Also covering all aspects of Health & Safety.

Our aim is to deliver an outstanding service and customer experience before, during and after project completion.

Fit-Out & Refurbishment

Our office fit-out service includes everything needed to
give you an exciting new office environment with minimal disruption to your business.

From initial feasibility studies to project completion, we take care of it all. Our fit-out services include workplace appraisals to help you decide how much office space is required, for now and in the future taking into account storage, workflow patterns and new ways of working.

  • Building Appraisal: To help decide which space is more cost-effective.
  • Building Services: including Partitioning, Flooring, H-Vac, Decoration, Lighting & Power. All taken care of.
  • Space planning: Concept drawings, 3D visualization and Test Fit Drawings enabling you to see what your new environment will look like before the project commences.
  • Move Management: Walk into your new environment, computers working and everything unpacked and in its place.

Day 2 Service

The implementation of any project is only part of the equation. At Chameleon Business Interiors, we believe that there is no real cut off point following successful completion.

Our commitment to Day 2 needs is a key factor in why we are regularly chosen ahead of our competitors when clients are searching for a supplier to either deliver a major capital project or manage a complex national frame-work contract.
