Chameleon Business Interiors has a structured, proactive approach to health and safety that involves everyone in the company. This ensures every individual's skills and experience are used to help build on existing practices and promote an incident free, healthy and safe environment. This protects all employees, guests and members of the public that could be affected by our work.

At Chameleon we believe that communication is essential if we are to achieve the highest standards of health and safety across our construction sites. We are open to suggestion and innovation and regularly share lessons learned with all team members and sub-contractors. On site that means driving an uncomplicated message and making sure the job is done right first time with no risk to people, equipment or the environment.

Our project managers are responsible for safe working practices on site and ensuring our health and safety guidelines and policies are followed throughout the course of a project. In addition the project team receives specialist advice on all health and safety matters from our team of health and safety advisors.

If you are building or altering commercial premises, or changing the way you use them, there's a fair chance that you will need planning permission or building consent - or both. Making the right applications and ensuring that you have any necessary approvals helps you avoid making a very costly mistake.

As part of your refurbishment project Chameleon Business Interiors will always ensure that your statutory obligations are met.

At Chameleon Business Interiors we have adopted an innovative approach to sustainability and the environment. We understand that there are no ifs, buts or maybes when it comes to environment.

Chameleon's environmental policy is woven into the very fabric - the DNA, if you like - of our business. Chameleon is committed to continually improving the sustainability of all environmental aspects within our business.

To meet both international standards and our own environmental targets we apply the three R's principle; Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. Whilst recycling is the element which receives the most exposure it is actually the last option available and should never be the prime target in the battle to reduce waste. It is our duty as individuals and as a company to initially attempt to Reduce usage. Then we should look to Reuse wherever possible and finally, only after these two processes have been exhausted should we consider Recycling.

We understand that Nature is an ever-changing cyclical process, so we see our environmental strategy as an ongoing, evolutionary journey - a sequence of departures and returns that adapt and improve on each and every cycle.
