“Our clients response has been amazing, they love the building. I am sure we are getting more work because of our new office. We are in a stage of growth at the moment, and we wanted to show our industry, clients and team that we are good at what we do and are growing.”
Our world is full of interesting people. Retailers to rail workers, bankers to bus drivers, actuaries to agriculturalists.
We have the privilege of working with super brands and businesses across all sectors. We wanted our new office interior to reflect our personality and have meaning for our clients. We wanted the place to look great, but we also had to make the best use of an unusual space.
We had outgrown our premises and we needed space for our growing business, but the space had to be right for us. We found a former Methodist Chapel, but we needed a specialist team with the right skills to make it happen.
Chameleon's full interior fit out included specialist skills such as fitting mezzanine floors, stained glass windows, and specialist lighting in addition to exterior restoration works to bring the building back to life.
“We have a design team that are constantly looking at new technologies and how we can incorporate these new technologies into our work and our staff. We wanted our new working environment to represent this.”
Moving in to a new building meant that SGS had a blank canvass for their office design. They made sure their new office was a large open office.
The design incorporated many collaborative working spaces to keep up with the latest trends and allowing agile working for their employees.
SGS recently moved in to their new office and the staff have all started working.
Mark Brady has noticed, and had people tell him, that staff are now communicating with each other more efficiently and they are speaking to people they didn’t even know they worked with.
Its creating a nice atmosphere in the work place and a nice office culture. The perfect outcome.
